EAA Accessibility Statement

The European Accessibility Act (EAA) came into effect on June 28, 2025.  The EAA applies to all business operating within European Union Member States. This includes businesses in the UK that export consumer products to EU countries, such as Slightly Foxed Ltd.

As Slightly Foxed Ltd. is a microenterprise, with fewer than 10 employees, we are not required to adhere to the EAA by law. However, we are committed to making our website and digital services as accessible as possible for individuals with disabilities and are working with our digital development team (We Create Digital) and the providers of our digital editions (Exact Editions) to improve and update our services on an ongoing basis:

  • E-commerce. Ensuring that online shopping platforms are usable for individuals with disabilities.
  • E-books. Making digital reading materials accessible to all users.
