‘I would like to be in Grinzing again . . .’

Our travelling bookworm Katy Macmillan-Scott left Vienna this weekend and, having picked up the necessary pastries to keep her going, set out on a two day trek onwards to Bratislava or, ‘The Edge of the Slav World’, as Paddy called it.

Here we have a splendid view of Vienna and vines from an apartment in the hills of Grinzing, home to the lovely Lotti who took our literary adventurer under her wing, and showed her the sights.
