A very special literary event hosted by The Friends of the Bridport Literary Festival: Ysenda Maxtone Graham was in conversation with Prue Keely.
Terms & Conditions is a quietly hilarious history of life in girls’ boarding-schools, full of all kinds of eccentricities and novelties which are today almost impossible to imagine. It evokes members of a lost tribe – the Boarding-school Women, grandmothers now and the backbone of the nation who look back on their experiences with a mixture of horror and humour.
Ysenda’s conversation with Prue Keely took place at The Tithe Barn on Monday 12 June, where boarding-school tales and a Dorset tea were enjoyed.
