Slightly Foxed and One Tree Books welcomed friends, subscribers and local book-lovers to celebrate a bumper crop of autumn offerings: Slightly Foxed Issue 63, Slightly Foxed Edition: No. 48, Roald Dahl’s Boy and two new Foxed Cubs – the first titles in the much-loved series of Roman novels by Rosemary Sutcliff, The Eagle of the Ninth and The Silver Branch.
On the evening of 10 September 2019, guests browsed the shelves, stocked up on good reading and enjoyed a glass of wine. And author and Slightly Foxed contributor Martin Sorrell gave a fine toast to our wares.
